Henry Wilkinson ( - )

Henry Wilkinson studied at the Winchester College of Art, from where he gained entrance to the Royal Society of Painters, Etchers and Engravers, ultimately as a councillor. For many years he was professor of the Engraving School at the City of Guilds , London In 1954 he began to reproduce his limited edition drypoints of country and sporting subjects. His prints are very popular with his original paintings becoming increasingly difficult to obtain.
