Original Paintings by Dennis Page (b 1926- )

Dennis page studied at Harrow and the Central School of Arts and Crafts, where his tutors included Ruskin Spear and Mervyn Peake.

After his National Service where he was a pilot, his career took him into the world of advertising, first as an art director and then as a copywriter working for television. For twenty years he was the Creative Director for Esso and created the Esso Tiger campaigns that were to run World wide.
He exhibited at the RI and the RWS which then brought him to the attention of other galleries throughout the UK where he has exhibited widely.

Dennis paints largely architectural scenes in watercolour and has had one man exhibitions and also group exhibitions.
He won a Royal Society in Painters in Watercolour award at the Bankside Gallery and won the Royal Watercolour Society Beautiful Britain award in 1991. His work his now being collected by a new generation of watercolour collectors throughout Great Britain and Canada and the USA .
