Born in Britain, in 1952. Neil works in both watercolour and oil, but  his main empathy is with the watercolour medium. As a young man he was  taken to the Royal Academy to see an exhibition of Paintings by Andrew  Wyeth. From that day forward Neil has found him to be a constant  inspiration to him As an adult he travelled to America to see more of  the Wyeth paintings.

He works as a Designer with Royal Doulton producing  designs and paintings for their porcelain. He was responsible for the  art work commemorating HRH Elizabeth the Queen Mother's 100th Birthday.
